Asking for patient reviews the right way

Honest reviews help nearby patients choose with confidence. A respectful, privacy-aware approach to asking for them.

Ask consistently

Asking only patients you expect to be pleased can conflict with review platform policies. A consistent, polite request after appointments is fairer and more sustainable.

Make it easy

Share a direct review link by text or email after the visit. Keep the message short and never offer incentives in exchange for reviews.

Respond with care

Thank reviewers in general terms. Don't confirm someone is a patient or mention treatment details. Invite anyone with a concern to contact the practice directly, and confirm your approach with your compliance advisor.
