Articles, guides and tools provide general information about marketing and growth systems for service businesses. They are not professional advice for your business. Reading them or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Calculator and assessment tools

The Booking Opportunity Calculator is a planning tool based entirely on the estimates you enter. It is not a forecast, does not identify actual lost revenue, and does not guarantee additional patients or revenue. Any value scenario shows revenue, not profit, and excludes costs and other factors described on the calculator page. The Practice Self-Assessment provides general observations based on your answers; it is not a professional evaluation of your business.

No guaranteed outcomes

Harbor does not guarantee inquiry volume, patients, appointments, retained clients, signed jobs, revenue or other business outcomes. Demand, capacity, customer decisions, execution and other factors affect results.

Professional advice and AI tools

Harbor does not provide medical, dental, legal, financial, safety or regulatory advice. Qualified professionals remain responsible for decisions in those areas. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify them before use. Do not use the chat or planner for emergencies.

Acceptable use

Submit business information only, not patient records, confidential legal matters or sensitive customer details. Do not disrupt or misuse the website, bypass access controls or send false information.

Intellectual property

Harbor’s original content, design and brand materials belong to Harbor. Client brands, third-party imagery and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may share links, but commercial reuse requires the appropriate owner’s written permission.

Paid services

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement describing scope, responsibilities, measurement, and fees. These website terms do not create or modify any service agreement.

Cancellation, payment and refund policies for paid work are set out in that agreement. Ongoing Support has a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. A Free Growth Review carries no obligation.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbor is not liable for decisions made based on the information or tools on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
