Harbor Growth Systems ("Harbor," "we," "us") provides AI-assisted marketing and growth systems for businesses. We are based in Wilmington, North Carolina. This policy explains what this website collects, how we use it and your choices.

Information you give us

• Growth Review and contact requests: your name, email, business name and type, goal or message, and optional website and phone number. If you share assessment scores, these accompany your request. Rachel receives an email notification so Harbor can respond.
• Practice Self-Assessment: your name, email, practice type, and your answers, so we can email your results and follow up with you.
• Optional calculator submissions: your name, email, business name and type, selected business audience, input figures and modeled results. These are saved with your inquiry and emailed to Rachel; you receive a copy. The calculator works without submitting this information.
• Website chat: your messages and the assistant’s replies are stored to support the conversation. If you share an email, Harbor may save the conversation with your inquiry and notify Rachel for follow-up.
• Email and phone links: if you email or call us, we receive the contact details you share in that communication.

Business information only. Do not submit patient records, clinical details, confidential legal matters, financial account details or other sensitive customer information through forms, chat or AI tools.

Information collected automatically

We do not use advertising pixels or analytics tools on this website. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the site. Form submissions are protected by a hidden anti-spam field and a limit on repeated submissions; for this purpose we store a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, not the address itself.

How we use information

• To respond to your requests and deliver results you asked for.
• To follow up with you about working together.
• To keep our forms secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your information. Lead details may be passed to the customer relationship management (CRM) system Harbor uses to manage inquiries.

Service providers

This website is hosted and its forms are processed using Lovable's cloud platform. Website chat and AI planner inputs are sent to an AI provider to generate responses. Harbor stores chat messages; planner inputs are not saved as lead records unless you separately submit an inquiry. Providers may process technical logs under their own policies. Email delivery is handled by our email service provider.

External booking and business-profile links take you to third-party services, including Calendly and Google, whose own privacy policies apply. Information may be processed where our providers operate.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and lead information while it is relevant to our relationship with you, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you, or stop follow-up. Email rachel@harborgrowthsystems.com. We may verify your identity and retain information where required for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
