Free Growth Review

A free 30-minute look at where your inquiries go quiet.

Not a sales pitch. Rachel looks at how people find you, what happens after they reach out and where things fall through, then names what to fix first.

If you shouldn't spend more yet, she'll tell you. There is no obligation to hire Harbor.

  • A clear read on where inquiries are slipping.
  • Your top three priorities, in order.
  • An honest answer on whether Harbor is the right fit.

  • If not, you keep the priorities and owe nothing.

Why this conversation matters

Thirty minutes to stop guessing.

An empty business desk after hours, with notes and a computerWithout a system

Guessing, after hours.

  • Spending more without knowing where interest leaks.
  • Five vendors, no one owning the whole picture.
  • Follow-up that depends on whoever has a minute.

A clear direction, and your evenings back.

  • Up to three priorities, in order.
  • One partner for the whole system.
  • A defined next step for every inquiry.

How the journey could run · An example of the work, not a completed engagement

A clearer path from inquiry to decision.

How the work could run for your business, from first contact to a booked appointment, consultation or estimate.

01

The problem, in your words

Inquiries arrive by phone and in separate inboxes. Your team answers between other tasks. By month’s end, no one can say which inquiries became business.

02

Where Harbor would start

A free 30-minute conversation with Rachel about where your inquiries come from and where they go quiet. You leave with up to three priorities, in order, and an honest answer on whether Harbor is the right fit. If it is, a written proposal follows.

03

The path, rebuilt

Clearer service pages. A simpler way to request the next step. Follow-up your team approves. Every inquiry connected to whether it booked and was attended.

04

What you would see

Response time. Booking rate. Attendance. Staff workload. Capacity, the numbers that tell you whether the marketing is working.

Where the numbers can go: 100 monthly inquiries at a 40% booking rate and 85% attendance produce 34 attended visits; at 50%, about 42, capped by the capacity your schedule actually holds. Planning figures, not promises.

Run your own numbers

What we'll discuss

  • The services and customers you want to attract.
  • Where inquiries currently come from.
  • What happens between an inquiry and an appointment.
  • Your existing tools and team responsibilities.
  • Where you have capacity for additional work.

A clear next step, not another long list of things to do.

You don't need perfect reporting to start. Bring the information you have, and we'll identify what is known, what is uncertain, and what should be checked next.

If there's a fit, we'll define the work clearly.

The next step is a proposal around the priority we've identified. That may include website and positioning improvements, local visibility, inquiry follow-up, or ongoing management.

  • What Harbor will deliver
  • What your team handles
  • Required tools and access
  • How progress will be measured
  • Fees and separate software or advertising costs

Your team remains responsible for professional advice, service delivery and customer decisions.

Questions

Is this a complete audit?

No. It is a focused conversation and up to three priorities, not a complete technical, financial, or compliance audit.

Will I need to give you patient information?

No. Use business-level information and aggregate estimates. Do not submit patient records through this website.

Will I see which marketing produces my inquiries?

That is the point. The review looks at where inquiries start today, and ongoing work reports which sources produce real conversations, not just clicks.

How fast will I get leads?

It depends on your market, your starting point and how quickly inquiries are answered. More leads without prompt follow-up wastes money. We'll give you an honest timeline for your situation, never a guaranteed number.

What does paid work cost?

The fee depends on the scope. Any implementation fee, ongoing management fee, software cost, and advertising budget will be identified before you commit.
