A plain-language Google Business Profile checklist for dental practices and medspas
Your business profile is often the first thing a nearby patient sees. A short checklist for keeping it accurate, helpful, and current.

The basics
Confirm your primary category reflects your main service, your hours include holidays, and your phone number reaches someone who can book. Add your website and appointment link.
Photos and description
Add current photos of your exterior, reception, and treatment spaces so people recognize the building and feel at ease. Write a short, honest description of who you serve and what you offer.
Reviews and privacy
Thank people for feedback and invite private follow-up for concerns. Healthcare practices should avoid confirming that a reviewer is a patient or discussing any care details publicly; check your approach with your compliance advisor.
Keep it current
Set a monthly reminder to review hours, photos, questions, and new reviews. A profile that looks maintained signals a practice that's paying attention.
