Do you take my insurance?
This is usually the first question, and the answer should be stated plainly, not buried. Name the plans you are in-network with, explain how you handle patients whose plan you do not take, and say who patients can call if they are unsure which plan they have.
An unclear insurance answer sends the patient back to the search results to ask the next practice.
What will it cost?
Patients are not asking for an exact price; they are asking whether there will be surprises. Explain what a new-patient exam includes, that you will quote treatment before starting, and how payment plans or membership options work if you offer them.
What happens at the first appointment?
Describe the first visit step by step: how long it takes, what is examined, whether X-rays are taken, and when treatment would start. Patients who know what to expect book more readily and arrive calmer.
How quickly can I be seen?
State your real answer: how soon new patients are typically seen, whether you hold urgency slots for emergencies, and how same-day pain is handled. A specific answer builds more confidence than a promise of a fast callback that the front desk cannot keep.
Do you see children and families?
If you see families, say so plainly and describe what a first visit for a child looks like. Many parents choose a practice for the whole family based on one page.
Where do I park, and what if I need to reschedule?
Practical details, parking, whether the office is easy to reach from Oleander Drive or Market Street, the rescheduling policy, answer the small uncertainties that stop a booking. Include them even if they feel obvious to you.
Putting the bank to work
Add these answers to your website as a real FAQ page, and link the most relevant ones from the service pages they belong to. Patients searching from their phones will find them; so will search engines.
