ADA Accessibility Statement
Harbor Growth Systems LLC is committed to ensuring that our digital presence is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and services, and we are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines.
Our accessibility standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and speech impairments. Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is also the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for website accessibility.
Measures we have taken
Harbor Growth Systems has taken the following steps to improve accessibility on harborgrowthsystems.com:
- All images include descriptive alt text attributes so screen readers can convey their meaning to users with visual impairments
- The site uses semantic HTML5 elements including proper heading hierarchy (H1 through H2) to aid screen reader navigation
- A skip navigation link is provided on our legal pages to allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation
- Form fields include associated labels so assistive technologies can identify the purpose of each input
- Color is not used as the sole means of conveying information
- Interactive elements including buttons and links include accessible names and ARIA labels where applicable
- The site is fully responsive and functional across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- Focus indicators are visible for keyboard navigation on interactive elements
- The contact form modal includes aria-modal and aria-label attributes
- Text content maintains sufficient color contrast ratios against background colors throughout the site
Known limitations
We are committed to transparency. The following known accessibility limitations are being actively addressed:
- Some animated elements (the scrolling marquee and particle animations in the hero section) do not currently provide a mechanism to pause or stop motion for users who prefer reduced motion. We are working to implement a prefers-reduced-motion media query to address this
- The before/after comparison toggle in the results section relies on button interaction that may benefit from additional keyboard shortcut support
- Some chart and data visualization elements in the site include visual-only data representations. Text equivalents are being added
- The client presentation page (presentation.html) has not yet undergone a full accessibility audit and may have additional areas requiring improvement
We are actively working on these issues and plan to address them in our next site update cycle.
Third-party content
Portions of our website functionality rely on third-party services including Formspree (form processing), Google Analytics (analytics), and Google Fonts (typography). While we choose third-party providers with attention to accessibility, we cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party content or tools.
Assistive technologies we test with
We test our website with the following assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) with Safari
- NVDA (Windows) with Chrome and Firefox
- Keyboard-only navigation in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox
- Browser zoom up to 200% in all major browsers

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or functionality, or if you find a barrier that is preventing you from accessing any part of our site, please contact us. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and aim to respond within two (2) business days.
